The Council for a Parliament of the World's Religions seeks donations to support the ongoing work of the Council and the planning of the 2014 Parliament of the World's Religions.  From supporting and connecting grassroots interreligious efforts in communities across the globe to hosting the world's largest interreligious gatherings, the Council is hard at work building bridges of understanding and cooperation. The work of the Council empowers individuals and communities of faith to join with people of good will in encounter, dialogue, visioning and commitment. Your financial support makes this important work possible.

The Council for a Parliament of the World's Religions is a charitable organization under IRS 501(c)(3), and all contributions are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.

Gifts in Honor – Make a gift in recognition of someone's birthday, wedding, anniversary, religious coming-of-age, graduation or other special occasion

Double your gift

Does your company have a matching gift program? Many companies support their employees’ philanthropy by matching or even doubling the amount donated to a non-profit organization. If your company/employer has such a program, attach a copy of the matching gift form with your donation and mail both to us.

 

Where to Give

Please choose where you would like to direct your gift:

Partner Cities Network
This program will target 70 cities around the world to become Partner Cities to build self-sustaining local inter-religious movements. The Council will provide tools, consultation and certification to help cities introduce activities locally. A state-of-the-art social networking technology program will help us connect individuals in towns, villages and cities around the world to each other.

Ambassador Program
This initiative will recruit committed individuals who will represent the Council and help engage their personal communities and networks through outreach to attract more friends and members who also want to work for the common good.

Regional Gatherings
Modeled after our international Parliament, this initiative creates a framework for holding regional interfaith events/gatherings, giving voice to those who have not been heard before in a public environment where all groups are given equal acknowledgment and mutual respect.

Scholarship Program
Each year we receive requests from passionate and committed individuals who are struggling financially and do not have the resources to participate in Council programs and activities. In response to the generosity of our membership, we are creating a scholarship fund to help others who need financial assistance.
