Onsite materials
Registrations received after the 19th November cannot be guaranteed onsite materials such as the program book and satchel.
* Senior Registration is available to registrants aged 60 years and older who hold a seniors card. The Seniors card (or international ID for proof of age) must be from a locally or internationally recognised body.
* Concession Registration is available to those who hold a valid concession card.

** Student and Children Concessions are defined as a holder of a student identification card, or must be a child aged between 13 – 16. The Student card must be from a locally or internationally recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution. Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate.

Children 12 years old and younger are able to attend the Parliament of the World’s Religions at no charge. They will receive a wrist band to access sessions, however are not entitled to receive participant materials such as a name badge or a satchel. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a paying registered guardian/parent, who must be present when the child is receiving the wrist band.
Please note – There is no catering included in the Registration Fees for the 2009 Parliament of the World's Religions; however catering can be purchased by completing the Catering Section of the registration form.
By registering for the Parliament you grant the organising parties permission to both photograph and video record you during Parliament activities. This footage will possibly be used in educational materials and other outreach to bring the Parliament experience to a wider audience, and in relation to future Parliament events. You also grant permission, unless you check the box on the form opting out, for your contact details to be passed on to another organisation involved in organising a similar event or distributing material related to the subject matter.

Payments within Australia
Payment may be made by cheque or credit card. Mastercard, Visa, Amex and Diners are the credit cards accepted at the Parliament. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to arinex. Cheques should be made payable to the ‘Parliament of the World’s Religions 2009’.
Payments from Outside Australia
Payments from overseas must be made by credit card or bank cheque in Australian Dollars only. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Cheques should be made payable to the ‘Parliament of the World’s Religions 2009’. You may not pay your fees by direct transfer. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment toarinex. In addition, you may need to contact your credit card company to advise them of this transaction to ensure the payment is cleared.
Payment and Registration Acknowledgement
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.
You will not receive any further publications before the Parliament. Your letter of acknowledgement will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Parliament. At the Parliament you will receive your satchel, which will include the Parliament Program and all other materials needed. Please visit the Parliament website periodically for updates.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations must be notified in writing to arinex.
REGISTRATION FEES
• Prior to 30 October 2009, cancellation will incur an A$100.00 cancellation fee
• From 31 October 2009, there will be no refund
ACCOMMODATION
• The deposit is non-refundable at 30 October 2009
SOCIAL PROGRAM

INSURANCE
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Parliament and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include: loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Parliament, or through cancellation of the Parliament; loss of international/domestic airfares through cancellation for any reason; loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason, including airline or related services strikes within Australia; failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason; medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover); loss or damage to personal property; additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. arinex cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
PRIVACY
Australia introduced the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 in 2001. arinex complies with such legislation which is designed to protect the right of the individual to privacy of their information. Information collected in respect of proposed participation in any aspect of the Parliament will only be used for the purposes of planning and conduct of the Parliament and may also be provided to the organising body or to organisers of future events. PWR may disclose some of the information that is collected in the Registration Form such as your name, organisation and its location and your email address for marketing or networking purposes to other Parliament participants, sponsors or exhibitors unless you opt out of this through the provided check boxes. It is also usual to produce a ‘Participant List' of attendees at the Parliament and to include the individual's details in such a list. Consent for publication of the individual's information may be withheld when completing the registration form for the Parliament. Individuals are also entitled to access the information held by written application to arinex.
