Register as a group to attend the 2009 Parliament at a discounted rate!
Groups of 10 or more are eligible to receive a 10% discount on their registrations to attend the Parliament, in addition to the 'early bird' and 'student' discounts already available online.
If you are planning to bring a group, please login or create an account, click on the button marked "Group Registration Enquiry" and complete the form. A representative will then contact you to arrange for discounted registration and to provide you with a group code to distribute to members of your group so they can register at the discounted rate.
You are able to change the details of your registration, including name, at a later date if required. Please login with the password that is emailed to you when you first create an account.

Group Registration Terms and Conditions
- Each group must have a designated Group Leader who is the sole liaison person with arinex. If you have questions about your conference registration, or accommodation if booked through arinex, please refer the questions to your Group Leader who will pass it onto arinex
- All groups require a Group code to gain access to the discounted rates. This code is issued by arinex. Please complete the Group Request form on the website, a group code will be created for your group and emailed to the Group Leader.
- Groups have two ways of paying:
- One designated person (Group Leader) collects all names and money and pays registration fees for entire group at one time.
- Each group member registers themselves individually and pays individually at time of registration on line with credit card on the Group Registration form that will be forwarded to the Group Leader with the Group Code, who will distribute this to there group.
- Access to early bird Group rate discount is only available for those booked and paid by 31st March 2009.
- For International Groups, each participant is responsible for organising their own Visa and other travel arrangements. See information on website for Visa's. Please note, this can be a lengthy process.
- Any tours bookings need to be fully prepaid before booking will be confirmed.
- There are a wide variety of accommodation options for the Parliament of the World Religions. If your group requires accommodation please contact arinex, advising the number of rooms required, star rating or hotel requested and any additional requirements.
- All payments and registrations must be received by 20th November 2009. Registrations/amendments after this date will be completed at the registration desk on site at the Parliament
