Kim Hourn Kao
Dr. Kao was born in Cambodia and educated in the United States of America. He currently serves as President of the University of Cambodia and Secretary of State of Cambodia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, among his several official positions. He holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Hawaii. His special interest is in regional affairs, and over the years, he attended many national, regional and international meetings (bilateral and multilateral; official and track-two). As a scholar and diplomat, he had made various contributions to both Cambodia and ASEAN. He also heads the Asian Faiths Development Dialogue (AFDD).
