H.E. Prof Mahmud Erol Kilic is the Secretary General of the Parliamentary Union of the Organization of the Islamic Conference Member States (PUIC). The Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) is the second largest inter-governmental organisation after the United Nations. It is the collective voice of the Muslim world, aiming to safeguard and protect the interests of the Muslim world in the spirit of promoting international peace and harmony among various people of the world.
