August 3, 2023

On Tuesday, August 15 following the Crisis Plenary, the IRF Secretariat will hold its weekly Washington, DC-based Roundtable at the 2023 Parliament of the World’s Religions in Chicago, USA. It will begin at 3:30 p.m. in the Plenary hall and will be a hybrid event. The IRF Secretariat builds civil society infrastructure to support the religious freedom movement globally. It hosts a global series of summits and is launching regional IRF Secretariats around the world to help coordinate actions and support our local partners. It encourages economic empowerment of persecuted and marginalized communities. It works in cooperative engagement with government and helps to build religious freedom with responsibility, creating the social cohesion needed for flourishing societies.
