Session Description:
This session features simple meditation activities designed to help you derive peace from the natural world—even amongst a bustling city environment. The guided visualization, breathwork, and discussion strengthen our collective ability to live in harmony with ourselves, each other, and the natural world. The session is based on “Listen to Nature,” a new anthology of writings by Sri Chinmoy with a foreword by Dr. Jane Goodall—an illuminating and ultimately hopeful guide for a spiritual approach to humanity’s current crises.
