Michigan is a state in the Great Lakes and Midwestern regions of the United States. The state's name, Michigan, originates from the Ojibwe word mishigamaa, meaning "large water" or "large lake".
We believe that the state is mobilized to inspire and equip people to reach an understanding that differences make us stronger. Across the state, we offer a wide variety of interfaith activities offered by organizations, social services, universities and many others. Striving to enhance our communities with discussions and dialogue, learning perspectives, and building relationships. Working toward being more hospitable and respectful of all citizens in pursuit of a peaceful, environmental, and social just society.
