Teen Only Yoga
Teenage yoga is an excellent way to help your child deal with the overwhelming emotional and physical changes that they go through during adolescence. Teenagers who practice yoga are less stressed, perform better, and have a stronger sense of their own being. Yoga builds strength, increases flexibility, lengthens the muscles, increases coordination, and helps with mental balance. Basic postures and breath techniques beneficial to growth and stamina will be practiced.
