The Next Generation Assembly & Program Initiative

Join young changemakers from Toronto and around the world as part of the Next Generation Assembly and Program Initiative at the 2018 Parliament of the World’s Religions from November 1st-7th, 2018.

Inspired by the 2018 Parliament theme of “The Promise of Inclusion, the Power of Love: Pursuing Global Understanding, Reconciliation and Change”, the Next Generation Task Force chose to focus on the importance of inclusion and change to youth.

“Interfaith Has No Age: Youth Voices for Change” is a sub-theme that affirms the Parliament’s dedication to intersectionality, inclusion and intergenerational understanding. Highlighting key issues affecting current and future generations, the programming will also focus on academia, the arts, and advocacy and their importance to the global interfaith movement.

The Next Generation track will deliver a series of dynamic programs by and for youth from presenters from around the world. Be sure to mark your calendar for the night of Tuesday, November 6th as the 7th Parliament of the World’s Religions presents the Next Generation Assembly.
