Indigenous Wisdom reclaims hearts at the global interfaith meeting called the 2015 Parliament of the World's Religions held in Salt Lake, Utah, October 15 - 19, 2015. A sacred fire lit by indigenous communities including the Shoshone and Ute Communities welcomed the participants of 80 nations and 50 faiths from around the world to their sacred ancestral home. A processional of indigenous leaders kicked off the plenary events, and a diverse array of speakers from at least 40 indigenous communities around the world were present: including speeches from leaders the 13 Indigenous Grandmothers, Maori, Iroquois, Lakota and more.
